Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Quick and delicious wraps packed with tender chicken, rich cheeses, and flavorful garlic.

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 68 large burrito-size tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix until well combined.
  7. Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  8. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  9. Top with the cooked garlic chicken.
  10. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  11. Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter.
  12. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, or bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
  13. Let cool slightly before slicing in half and serving.

Notes

Serve with ranch dressing, salsa, or guacamole. Add shredded lettuce or diced tomatoes for extra crunch.
