Crack Breakfast Casserole

A hearty breakfast casserole packed with eggs, cheese, and ranch dressing, all baked in a crescent roll crust. Perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Optional: cooked meat (sausage or ham) or vegetables (bell peppers or mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of the pan, sealing seams well.
  4. Sprinkle cooked meat or vegetables over the crescent rolls.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ranch dressing mix until combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat and cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm cut into squares. Pairs well with fruit salad or crispy bacon.
