Mini Stuffing Balls

Delicious bites of Thanksgiving flavors, perfect for snacking during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of leftover stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cooked turkey, diced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the leftover stuffing, cheese, turkey (if using), eggs, garlic powder, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Use your hands to form small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the balls with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use day-old stuffing for better flavor and texture. Experiment with different cheeses or herbs to match your taste.
