Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs

A festive twist on classic deviled eggs, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sage leaves for garnish
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with fresh sage and thyme.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh eggs for best flavor and texture. For a smoother filling, consider using a food processor.
