Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package tater tots
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top the mixture with tater tots evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
