Description

A fun and easy Tater Tot Casserole featuring ground beef, creamy soup, and cheesy goodness topped with crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package tater tots
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top the mixture with tater tots evenly across the surface.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
