Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup homemade strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then mix in the softened cream cheese.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, making a small indentation in the center of each cookie.
- Fill the indentation with strawberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
