Spooky Spaghetti and Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Delight in this Halloween-themed dish featuring spooky spaghetti and cheese stuffed meatballs, perfect for parties and family dinners.

  • 500 g ground meat (beef or chicken)
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Take a small portion of the meat mixture, flatten it in your hand, add a small cube of cheese in the center, and seal the meat around the cheese to form a meatball. Repeat until all meat is used.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, add the meatballs, and cook until browned on all sides. Set aside.
  4. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a serving dish, arrange spaghetti in a spider-web shape. Add the meatballs to the hot tomato sauce and gently mix.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and add candy eyes on the meatballs for a spooky effect!

Notes

For added fun, serve with candy eyes on the meatballs. Ensure leftovers are stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
