Description

A delightful and hearty Korean dish combining spicy broth, tender grilled beef, and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles
  • Grilled beef
  • Spicy broth (chili paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce)
  • Creamy sauce (mayonnaise, sesame oil, gochujang)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Prepare the grilled beef by marinating it with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Grill until cooked through.
  3. In a pot, combine water with chili paste, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to create the spicy broth; bring to a simmer.
  4. For the creamy sauce, mix mayonnaise, sesame oil, and gochujang until smooth.
  5. To serve, place cooked ramen in a bowl, pour the spicy broth over the noodles, top with grilled beef, and drizzle with the creamy sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms when cooking the broth. Make sure to cook the ramen noodles al dente; they’ll continue to soften when combined with the hot broth.
