Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Prepare the grilled beef by marinating it with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Grill until cooked through.
- In a pot, combine water with chili paste, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to create the spicy broth; bring to a simmer.
- For the creamy sauce, mix mayonnaise, sesame oil, and gochujang until smooth.
- To serve, place cooked ramen in a bowl, pour the spicy broth over the noodles, top with grilled beef, and drizzle with the creamy sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
