Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (e.g., cheddar or pepper jack)
- Butter (optional for brushing buns)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Top the bottom halves with the buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
- If desired, brush melted butter over the top of the buns.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks or carrot sticks and ranch or blue cheese sauce for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
