Snowman Cake Pops

Festive and adorable, Snowman Cake Pops are a perfect treat for winter celebrations, making them a hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 chocolate or vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients needed to make the cake)
  • 1 cup frosting (any flavor)
  • Melting chocolate (white or colored)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons)
  • Orange candy (for the nose, like candy corn or orange M&Ms)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl, ensuring there are no large pieces left.
  3. Add frosting to the crumbled cake, mixing well. Adjust frosting quantity to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Roll a portion of the cake mixture into balls (about the size of a golf ball) for the body, and smaller balls for the snowman’s head.
  5. Melt a little chocolate and dip the end of a lollipop stick into it, then insert the stick into the larger ball and attach the smaller ball on top for the head.
  6. Chill the cake pops in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Melt the white chocolate and dip each snowman into it, fully coating them.
  8. Before the chocolate hardens, use mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, and add an orange candy for the nose. Add sprinkles or edible glitter for extra decoration.
  9. Place the finished cake pops upright in a foam block or stand until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Ensure cake is completely cool before crumbling. Use a cookie scoop for even portions and do not rush the chilling time.
