Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add rice to the slow cooker.
  5. Check the rice for doneness and adjust the moisture if needed by adding more broth or water.
