  • 500 g beef steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Rice for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef steak with soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot over rice, if desired.

Notes
