Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
