Description

A hearty and comforting casserole made with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and cheese, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer sausage, cheese, and optional bread/vegetables in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
