Ingredients

  • Pillsbury crescent dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the crescent dough package.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent dough, then pour the eggs on top.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the egg mixture.
