Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip

A creamy dip featuring the rich flavors of feta cheese and pumpkin, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine (around 220 grams)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Fresh thyme (optional for garnish)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Extra honey drizzle
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Add the feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down with a spatula as needed.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and a few cracks of black pepper. Blend again until combined.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to the fridge and chill (covered) for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Transfer the chilled dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped walnuts, a sprinkle of fresh thyme, and an extra drizzle of honey.
  5. Serve with toasted bread or crackers for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to drain the feta cheese well to avoid a watery dip. If desired, add more honey for sweetness.
