Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip

A delicious and creamy appetizer combining feta and pumpkin, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine (around 220 grams)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Add drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until combined.
  3. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Serve in a bowl garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey, and black pepper.
  5. Enjoy with toasted bread or crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
