Pomegranate White Cheddar Cheese Ball

A delicious and visually appealing cheese ball made with cream cheese, white cheddar, and pomegranate seeds, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ⅓ cup green onion, sliced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups pomegranate seeds (or enough to coat the cheese ball)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix your cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, chopped pecans, sliced green onion, and salt together until well combined.
  2. Use your hands to form the mixture into a large ball.
  3. Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and place your cheese ball in the center of it.
  4. Take a few handfuls of pomegranate seeds and gently press them all around the ball until it’s completely covered.
  5. Wrap the ball in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill.
  6. When ready to serve, take the cheese ball out of the refrigerator and unwrap it, then place it on a serving tray.

Notes

Serve with a variety of crackers and sliced fruits or vegetables. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to a week.
