Description

Pizza Roll-Ups are a fun and tasty twist on traditional pizza, perfect for a quick meal or snack. These bite-sized treats are customizable with your favorite toppings and are ideal for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Pepperoni or other favorite toppings
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll up each tortilla tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  7. Brush the outside of the roll-ups with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  8. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For best results, don’t overload the tortillas and consider using a non-stick baking sheet. You can also heat tortillas briefly in the microwave to make them easier to roll.
