Instructions

  1. Tear the croissants into pieces and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces, ensuring they are well soaked.
  4. Add cheese, green onions, and any additional fillings like ham or bacon.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
