Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Quick and delicious wraps filled with shredded chicken, cheese, and garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add the chicken mixture on top, and fold the tortilla over.
  4. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Slice and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken to save time. Experiment with different types of cheese for unique flavors.
