Ingredients
- 10 oz pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add pasta and milk to the pot, stir, and bring to a simmer.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
