Description

A quick and easy dish featuring creamy garlic sauce with pasta cooked in one pot for minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the pasta, minced garlic, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring frequently until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh grated Parmesan for best taste. Stir often to prevent sticking. Adjust consistency of sauce with milk as needed.
