Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Make a well in the center of the meatloaf and fill it with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Top the meatloaf with marinara sauce and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
