Instructions
- Slice the Italian bread in half and hollow out a bit to create room for the fillings.
- In a bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, salami, capicola, provolone cheese, and pepperoncini.
- Drizzle with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the salad mixture.
- Close the sandwich and optionally press it down slightly.
