Description

A fresh, healthy twist on the classic BLT sandwich, featuring a homemade secret sauce.


Ingredients

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Cooked bacon, chopped
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Greek yogurt
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the secret sauce.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of the secret sauce.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, chopped bacon, and avocado on top of the sauce.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, then slice in half to serve.

Notes

Serve with extra secret sauce on the side. These wraps make a great lunchbox option.
