Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 Red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
- 2 Pita bread
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked, then slice.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- In serving bowls, assemble the sliced chicken, chopped cucumbers, diced tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce and pita bread on the side.
