Description

A delicious and healthy meal featuring marinated chicken, fresh veggies, creamy tzatziki, and warm pita bread, bringing Mediterranean flavors to your table.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 Red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • 2 Pita bread


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked, then slice.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. In serving bowls, assemble the sliced chicken, chopped cucumbers, diced tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Serve with tzatziki sauce and pita bread on the side.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate chicken longer or overnight. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F for safety.
