Gluten Free Reindeer Chow

A fun and tasty treat perfect for holiday gatherings, combining sweet and salty flavors in a delightful snack mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex mix
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 9 oz white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil using your preferred method.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mix and stir well to coat all the pieces.
  4. Fold in the Christmas sprinkles and any other fun add-ins you like.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy your delicious treat!
