Gluten Free Reindeer Chow

A fun and festive treat combining crunchy snacks with sweet white chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex mix
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups pretzels (gluten free if desired)
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate (dairy-free if desired)
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil by your preferred method (microwave or stovetop works well).
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the mix in the bowl, and stir together, making sure to coat all the pieces.
  4. Fold in sprinkles and any other add-ins you’d like to make it your own.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

To keep fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
