A delightful twist on the classic cheeseburger, these bite-sized bombs are stuffed with savory ground beef, gooey cheese, and flavorful garlic, wrapped in buttery biscuit dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal.
- Brush the tops with garlic butter and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
