Description

A delightful twist on the classic cheeseburger, these bite-sized bombs are stuffed with savory ground beef, gooey cheese, and flavorful garlic, wrapped in buttery biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Roll out biscuit dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with garlic butter and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy the flavor explosion!
