Ingredients
- 500g steak (rump or filet mignon)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into small pieces.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the steak pieces to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and parmesan. Mix until the sauce is smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use high-quality steak for better flavor. Avoid overcooking the steak to keep it tender. Add extra parmesan for an even richer sauce.
