Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g steak (rump or filet mignon)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into small pieces.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the steak pieces to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and parmesan. Mix until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality steak for better flavor. Avoid overcooking the steak to keep it tender. Add extra parmesan for an even richer sauce.
