Frosted Christmas Brownies

These delicious Frosted Christmas Brownies are rich and fudgy, beautifully decorated to fit the festive spirit, and perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes of Brownie Mix (or a double batch of homemade brownies)
  • 13 jars of White Frosting
  • Edible Gel Food Coloring
  • Edible Gold Stars
  • White Pearl Sprinkles
  • Icing Bags
  • Frosting Tips (large star – 1M)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie box instructions. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with spray oil.
  2. Mix both of your brownie mixes and pour them into the springform pan.
  3. Bake according to the package instructions, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once baked and cooled, remove the brownie from the springform pan and cut it into 8 triangles.
  5. In separate bowls, mix white frosting with red and green food coloring.
  6. Place the colored frostings into icing bags with your favorite frosting tips.
  7. Decorate the brownies with green frosting, white pearl sprinkles, and edible gold stars. Use green and white frosting for Santa Hat Brownies.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure brownies are cool before frosting to prevent melting. Experiment with frosting designs to match your holiday theme.
