Description

Delicious small sandwiches filled with roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese, served with warm au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • slider buns
  • roast beef
  • caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • au jus (for dipping)
  • butter
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef and caramelized onions on the buns.
  4. Top with Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the tops of the buns on the sliders.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush the mixture on top of the sliders.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Use thinly sliced roast beef for quick warming. Caramelize onions slowly for a deeper flavor. Warm the au jus for the best dipping experience.
