Festive Christmas Cranberry Roll Ups

Delightful sweet and tangy roll-ups filled with creamy filling and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and pinch the seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Spoon cranberry sauce over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts if using.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm or at room temperature. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
