Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and herbs.
  4. Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
