Easy Egg Casserole

A simple and versatile egg casserole filled with eggs, cheese, and your choice of vegetables and meats, perfect for any meal.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using). Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares. Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
