Easy Egg Bake

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, cheese, and diced vegetables.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
