Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup seasoned ground beef
- 1 cup crispy tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crispy tater tots, and half of the cheese.
- Spoon the mixture evenly onto each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and burritos are heated through.
