A refreshing and light salad combining crisp cucumbers with bright flavors of dill and onion in a creamy dressing, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped dill and thinly sliced red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
