Ingredients

  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese. Stir gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
