Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped garlic, onion, and bell pepper until tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing it with the sauce.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
  7. Serve the creamy Cajun chicken over the rice and enjoy!
