Crack Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole packed with bacon, eggs, and cheese, perfect for sharing with family or friends.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly at the bottom, then layer the crumbled cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish, ensuring it seeps through for consistent flavor.
  5. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.

Notes

Consider adding fresh herbs or a dollop of sour cream on top for extra flavor. Pairs well with fresh fruit, coffee, or juice.
