Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the hash browns evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the hash browns.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the eggs are set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with green onions or bell peppers if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
