Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board

A festive and visually stunning charcuterie board featuring savory meats, creamy cheeses, and colorful fruits, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • Crackers
  • Small cookies
  • 1/3 cup mini mozzarella
  • 1 package of brie cheese (4 oz)
  • 3 oz hard cheese
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 12 pcs Slim Jims or any beef sticks
  • 3 oz salami

Instructions

  1. Use small cookie cutters to shape the cheese slices into festive stars, Christmas trees, and snowflakes. Arrange these on your board.
  2. Slice the brie wheel horizontally and create two snowmen from one half using a cookie cutter or knife. Cut the remaining brie into small cubes.
  3. Make a prosciutto bow by folding each slice in an accordion style and securing the center with a salami strip.
  4. Lay fresh sage leaves around the edge of the board. Add brie cubes and the prosciutto bow. Arrange Slim Jims and brie snowmen opposite each other.
  5. Create salami roses and add mini mozzarella balls.
  6. Fill the board with crackers, olives, nuts, and grapes. Tuck pomegranate pieces in symmetrically.
  7. Finish with cheese trees, stars, and snowflakes, sprinkling edible flowers and pomegranate seeds for flair.

Notes

Wrap any leftovers tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to two days. Best enjoyed fresh.
