Christmas Tree Spinach Dip Breadsticks

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Mix until well combined and creamy; set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut into a Christmas tree shape.
  5. Transfer shaped dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spread spinach dip over the dough, leaving a border.
  7. Fold extra dough over the dip to form tree branches and seal edges.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley; brush over baked breadsticks.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid a watery dip. Use fresh herbs for more vibrant flavor.
