Christmas Tree Shaped Charcuterie Board

A festive and colorful charcuterie board shaped like a Christmas tree, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 10 fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Red, green, and black seedless grapes (clipped into small clusters)
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar, cut into ¾-inch squares
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack, cut into ¾-inch squares
  • 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar, cut into ¾-inch squares
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 star fruits, sliced
  • 1 cup assorted nuts
  • 1 green kiwi fruit, sliced

Instructions

  1. Make the outline of your tree using the rosemary sprigs, starting at the top and spreading out farther as you go down.
  2. Place the celery stem at the bottom for the trunk of the tree.
  3. Start at the bottom of your tree with rows: cheese, red grapes, cheese, green grapes, cheese, and black grapes.
  4. Arrange kiwi slices in a triangle shape at the top of the tree for the tip.
  5. Add one slice of star fruit at the very top to represent the star.
  6. Scatter cranberries around the tree and sprinkle the mixed nuts, placing some at the base of the celery trunk as a “pot.”
  7. Your festive creation is ready! Can be assembled up to 4 hours before serving and refrigerated.
