Christmas Tree Shaped Charcuterie Board

A fun and festive charcuterie board arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Red, green, and black seedless grapes
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar, cut into ¾-inch squares
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack, cut into ¾-inch squares
  • 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar, cut into ¾-inch squares
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 star fruits, sliced
  • 1 cup assorted nuts
  • 1 green kiwi fruit, sliced

Instructions

  1. Make the outline of your tree using the sprigs of rosemary, starting at the top and spreading out farther as you go down.
  2. Place the celery stalk at the bottom for the trunk of the tree.
  3. Arrange one row of cheese, followed by red grapes, another row of cheese, green grapes, another row of cheese, and finally black grapes from bottom to top.
  4. Use kiwi slices to create the triangle shape at the top of the tree.
  5. Place one slice of star fruit at the top for the star and add additional star fruit slices randomly over the tree.
  6. Scatter cranberries around the tree and sprinkle the mixed nuts in the spaces left.
  7. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

You can assemble the board up to 4 hours in advance. Choose the freshest ingredients for best flavor.
