Christmas Fruit Platter

A delightful and festive arrangement of fruits and cheese, perfect for celebrating the Christmas season.

Ingredients

  • 22 ½ cups Rosemary
  • 11 ½ cups Green grapes
  • 11 ½ cups Red grapes
  • 8 oz block sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 3 oz Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the cheese into cubes.
  2. Arrange two sprigs of rosemary at the bottom of the platter to form the base of your festive tree.
  3. Place two rows of green grapes above the rosemary, making the second row slightly smaller than the first.
  4. Add two small sprigs of rosemary on each side, right above the grapes.
  5. Create two rows of red grapes, narrowing them as you move upward.
  6. Fill in with another layer of green and red grapes.
  7. Add two rows of cheese in the same way as the grapes, then add rosemary above on each side.
  8. Place another layer of cheese on top.
  9. Add two rows of raspberries, followed by another layer of raspberries and rosemary.
  10. Finish the top of your tree with a few more green and red grapes.
  11. Put a cheese cube at the very center of the bottom for the tree trunk.

Notes

Use fresh, firm fruits for better presentation and taste. Choose a variety of colors for a festive look, and cut the cheese into uniform cubes for an attractive display.
