Christmas Cranberry Meatballs

Delightful meatballs blending savory and sweet flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, use fresh parsley and consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
