Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies loaded with chocolate and gooey marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For extra melty marshmallows, add them in the last few minutes of baking.
